Benefits Guidance enhancements
Benefits Guidance is expanding to include Disability plan types. With this update, Benefits Guidance will be able to provide employees with personalized guidance on disability insurance benefit plans.
To support this functionality, new Benefit Category assignments have been added (Short-term Disability and Long-term Disability). System administrators will need to assign the appropriate benefit category to each applicable System Benefit Type so that the Plan Detail tab is enabled, and plans integrate correctly with Benefits Guidance.
The benefit types will show in the Benefit Guidance recommendation and will show a “Recommended” tag if applicable.

Gen 3 screen expansion and GL reporting alignment
On this release you will see a handful more screens switch over to the new versions (old screens shown below). This change will continue to occur in bulk on each release until all possible screens operate the same way.
To support a smooth transition, users who encounter an issue can temporarily return to the previous screen version (Gen 2) using the convenient revert option located on the Action bar.
We've updated Labor & GL reporting to better align with Funding Allocation calculations when the Allocate All Deductions & Net Pay labor allocation option is selected, and employees have pay allocations configured.
This enhancement helps ensure that Net Pay and Direct Deposit amounts are allocated consistently across Labor & GL and Funding Allocation reporting, reducing discrepancies between the two.

Workforce Scheduling enhancements
Workforce Scheduling now gives administrators greater control over how staffing requirements are calculated. Previously, only Approved shifts counted toward staffing requirements. Now, a new Countable Statuses option has been added to staffing rules, allowing users to select which shift statuses should count toward staffing requirements.
Available statuses include:
- Approved
- Drafted
- Requested
- Requested Coverage
By default, only Approved shifts will continue to count toward staffing requirements unless additional statuses are selected.
