Benefits Hub and the CC-305 form update
Benefits Hub gives employees a centralized place to access and stay connected to their benefits information throughout the year. Available within Employee Workspace, the new employee-facing dashboard brings benefits details together in one convenient location, helping employees stay informed beyond open enrollment.
Benefits Hub is available for network partners who have migrated to the new benefits screens and is included at no additional cost with this initial release. For active clients with Adaptive legal services and Benefits already enabled in Adaptive Setup, Benefits Hub will be turned on automatically. New clients, or those enabling Adaptive after release, can easily activate it through Adaptive Setup settings.
By bringing benefits information into one convenient, employee-friendly experience, Benefits Hub helps keep benefits visible, accessible, and top of mind throughout the year.
Beginning November 6, 2026, isolved will no longer present the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability form (CC-305) to employees or new hires, including during the Quick Hire process. This update reflects changes to federal requirements surrounding the collection of voluntary disability self-identification information and requires no action.
Any disability self-identification responses previously submitted will remain securely stored in employee records and available for historical reporting, compliance reviews, or future audit needs. Employees who have already completed the form will continue to see their existing information, while those who have not completed it will no longer be prompted to do so.

TTOC codes on the W-2 Preview Report and Gen 3 screens
The Employee W-2 Preview Report now displays assigned Treasury Tipped Occupation Code (TTOC) code(s) in the Employee Information section when applicable. This enhancement provides additional visibility into employee tax reporting details, helping administrators review W-2 information more efficiently before forms are finalized.
We're continuing to bring more screens into the modern Gen 3 experience. Please review the release summary for the additional impacted screens.
To support a smooth transition, users who encounter an issue can temporarily return to the previous screen version (Gen 2) using the convenient revert option located on the Action bar.

Identity
Apps tab, Core User Report, Report Queue, and security levels
User Manager now includes a new Apps tab that provides a centralized view of the applications available to each user. Administrators can quickly see app names, client URLs, and visibility status without jumping between systems.
This added visibility makes it easier to understand what a user can access, troubleshoot account issues, and support users with access to multiple clients, partners, or environments.
Building on the new Apps tab in User Manager, administrators can now generate a Core User Report directly from an Identity account. The report lists the core users associated with that account, including details like email address, role, and status.
By bringing Identity and Core user information together, this report helps administrators investigate access issues faster without the need to cross-reference multiple systems.
Identity now includes a new Report Queue that allows reports to run in the background while you continue working. Administrators can easily track report status, access completed reports, and review failed requests from a single location.
With reports available for download after completion, there's no need to stay on the page waiting for large reports to finish processing, creating a more efficient reporting experience.
Users can now choose their own account security level directly from the Security section of My Account. The experience provides visibility into available security options, current settings, and any organization-required minimum security level.
Security levels determine which multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods can be used. Users can increase their security level beyond their organization's minimum requirement but cannot select a lower level than the one required by their company. The experience also highlights any additional authentication methods that must be configured before moving to a higher security level.

Coverage Requests and labor allocations in Employee Workspace
Phased rollout beginning 11/9
A new Coverage Requests experience is coming to Employee Workspace, giving employees a simpler way to request coverage when schedules change. Employees can submit shifts that need coverage, and qualified coworkers can volunteer to take them directly within the system.
Managers remain in control by reviewing and approving coverage changes before shifts are reassigned. This streamlined workflow reduces manual coordination, improves visibility into coverage needs, and gives employees and managers another self-service tool for managing schedules.
Coverage Requests will be available for clients using isolved Scheduling or Workforce Scheduling, and will roll out in phases beginning November 9, with initial availability limited to a select group of environments before broader expansion. This new capability continues the evolution of Employee Workspace by giving employees and managers more self-service tools to manage scheduling changes efficiently.
Managing labor allocations is now easier with the ability to allocate hours directly within Employee Workspace. Employees, managers, and supervisors can now split a single time entry across multiple labor allocations, making it easier to accurately track time worked across different departments, jobs, projects, or customers without leaving Employee Workspace.
Users can quickly divide hours within an existing punch pair, assign labor values to each segment, and review allocations from both desktop and mobile devices. By bringing labor allocation capabilities into Employee Workspace, organizations gain a more streamlined time-tracking experience while improving the accuracy of labor reporting and costing.

Claude Connector
Manager timecard access: view, status, and approve
Managers can now ask Claude for the timecard of a direct report employee and get the information they need without navigating through multiple screens. Whether reviewing a full pay period, a single week, or just one day, Claude provides a comprehensive summary that includes scheduled shifts, hours worked, breaks and meals, absences, adjustments, earnings details, and the card's current approval status.
To help managers act confidently, Claude also highlights important issues that may need attention, such as unresolved punches or pending time off request cancellations. If a timecard has already been locked or committed to payroll, Claude makes that status clear upfront, so managers understand what actions, if any, are still available.
Managers can now use the Claude Connector to quickly check the approval status of employee timecards before a pay period closes. Instead of reviewing records individually, managers can ask Claude for a summary of their team's progress and receive a consolidated view of total hours, earnings, approval status counts, and employee-level details in a single response.
When follow-up is needed, managers can also ask who still requires approval and receive a direct list of employees with outstanding timecards. For teams that span multiple pay groups, Claude presents the information one pay group at a time for added clarity. Managers who also serve as supervisors can view approval status separately for each role, helping ensure no timecards are overlooked.
Managers can now approve employee timecards directly through the Claude Connector. Instead of navigating to Employee Workspace, managers can use natural language to approve the timecard of a direct report or remove a previous approval from within the conversational experience.
Before taking action, Claude verifies the timecard's current status and summarizes exactly what will happen, including the employee, pay period, and requested action. Managers can approve individual timecards or process multiple eligible approvals at once, while receiving clear visibility into any timecards that are already approved, locked, or otherwise unavailable for action.

Applicant Tracking
Job Match, Indeed Smart Fit Score, and applicant search
The phased rollout of enhanced Job Match is now complete and generally available. This release brings two major enhancements plus new Candidate Marketplace dashboard visibility.
The first Job Match enhancement expands how recruiters discover and engage candidates across their organization. Recruiters can now search for matching candidates and applicants across multiple career sites, helping uncover talent that may have previously been limited to a single site. Administrators maintain control through Job Match Sharing Preferences, which determine how candidate information is shared between career sites.
This release also introduces Instant Matches during job creation. As soon as a recruiter creates a job listing, Job Match automatically identifies top-scoring candidates and surfaces them directly within Job Advertising, making it easier to take immediate action by inviting candidates to apply, adding them to campaigns, or exploring additional matches in Candidate Marketplace.
To support these enhancements, the Candidate Marketplace dashboard now provides additional visibility into candidate activity, including how candidates entered the system, how many invitations they have received, and which candidates were identified through Job Match. These updates are automatically available for organizations already using Candidate Marketplace and Job Match, further enhancing the visibility and reach of the Job Match experience.
For ATS clients with an active Indeed Smart Screening subscription, recruiters can now view Indeed Smart Fit Scores directly within the All Applicants dashboard. Indeed's Smart Fit Score is a 0–100 compatibility rating for applicants, and until now hiring teams had to open a resume to find it. A new column on the All Applicants table, placed right before Source, now shows the score at a glance, and recruiters can sort by it to bring the highest-rated candidates to the top. Applicants without a score show a dash and always sort to the bottom. We also updated the existing Candidate Match score to display as a percentage, making it easier for customers using both products to compare the two scores quickly.
The Advanced Applicant Search experience continues to evolve, making it faster and easier to find the candidates you're looking for. With this latest enhancement, the search bar can now recognize what you're typing and automatically highlight the most relevant search option, like phone number or email, helping you get to results more quickly with fewer clicks. All search options remain available, giving you the flexibility to adjust your search method whenever needed.
We've also enhanced name searches so a single-name search, such as “John,” returns applicants with that name as either a first or last name.
